Here are the official rules for the "Cottage Vacation Giveaway" contest:
- Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are at least 19 years old at
the time of entry.
- Contest Period: The contest will begin on June 1st, 2023 and end on August 31st 2023 . All entries must be
received by September 1st 2023.
- How to Enter: To enter, simply click on the link below, and fill out the required information , or scan
the QR code posted at the Eagle Lake Golf Course and fill out the required information.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random draw on September 2nd 2023. The winner will be
contacted via email or phone and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
- Prize: The prize is a free weekend stay at Sandy Bottoms Cottage, located in Eagle Lake, South River area.
The prize includes a 2-night stay for 2 people at Sandy Bottoms Cottage and also includes 2 rounds of golf
at Eagle Lake Golf Course, which is subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and may not be
redeemed for cash.
- General Terms: By participating in the contest, you agree to be bound by these official rules. Sandy
Bottoms Cottage and Eagle Lake Golf Course reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time,
for any reason.A refundable $600 damage deposit is required before your stay and will be returned within 48
hours after your check out time at Sandy Bottoms Cottage. The contest is subject to all applicable laws and
regulations. A mathematical skill test question is required to be filled out by the winner.
- Restrictions: The winner must be available to redeem their prize on a mutually agreed-upon date .The prize
does not include transportation or any other expenses incurred during the stay.
- Disqualification: Entries that do not comply with these official rules will be disqualified. Sandy Bottoms
Cottage and Eagle Lake Golf Course reserve the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper
with the entry process, violates these official rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Privacy: Any personal information collected during the contest will only be used for the purpose of
administering the contest and will not be shared with any third parties.
